Ameri-Flite Cases

Ameri-Flite is designed to meet A.T.A. 300 specifications as a reusable shipping container.

  These heavy-duty cases utilize an extruded aluminum double tongue-and-groove valance as well as an extruded aluminum double-wall angle frame.  The side panels are Phenolic Resin Impregnated Composition, Fiberglass, ABS, or Aluminum laminated to American-made plywood.  Heavy-duty spring-loaded draw-latches and handles, steel corners, and full-length industrial piano-type hinges are standard on all cases.

Quality Built In

The attractive exterior of Ameri-Flite consists of Impregnated Phenolic Resin Composition, Fiberglass, ABS, or Aluminum which is then laminated to top grade American made plywood. This is well above the industry standard, which is plastic. The highest structural integrity is achieved by the use of double tongue-and-grove valance and double-angle corner extrusions (view diagrams). Ameri-Flite features a 6063 aluminum extruded frame tempered to T5, which is also well above the industry standard. As a result of this unique design and construction, the shock of being dropped or impacted by another object is evenly distributed over the entire case rather than at the point of impact.

Custom Interiors

Ameri-Flite interiors are custom designed for maximum shock absorption and protection of the equipment encased.  Custom interiors are available for all applications, including secured or removable partitioning dividers, rack-mounting, vacuum molding, die-cut foam, permanent or removable drawers and shelving, or whatever is necessary to satisfy the use of the case.

Hardware Options

Ameri-Flite A.T.A. cases are finished with only the highest quality industrial hardware available. Recessed cam-type twist latches, recessed handles, full length piano-type hinges, and zinc-plated steel corners are standard options.
