Reusable Oxygen (O2) Generator Cases
Americase has a durable solution for the air shipment of oxygen generators, which must be placed in a rigid outer packaging capable of passing the flame and heat penetration requirements set forth in 49 CFR 173.168.
The reusable oxygen generator container is HM224B / DOT31FP compliant like the fiberboard solution, but also offers the durability of a UN PG I container to stay in the field much longer. The container is intended for Chemical Oxygen Generators (COG). Protective Breathing Equipment (PBE)- and Passenger Service Unit (PSU).
These affordable, oxygen generator shipping containers are available in two sizes. OEM packaged product can be strapped directly into the container, or individual generators can be clamped in place using the user-configurable rail system.
Containers are able to hold multiple form factors (in OEM boxes or independently).
