HM224B Super Box Detailed Features
Functionality
- All Container Labels, DG Labels, and Airline Markings are incorporated on each container.
- DG / Haz-Mat Label area has a cover sheet that is to be in place when the container is not Dangerous Goods.
- Cylinder Valve assembly is protected inside the container by a removable cradle.
- Cradle is tethered to the container so that it cannot be lost and can only be utilized in the correct position.
- Cradle is removable so that the operator may reach into the container unobstructed.
- The development of a functional design is a result of on-going facility visits to many of the domestic air carriers as well as years of experience and observation of common material handling techniques in this industry.

- This test is extremely important! Common material handling practices are hard to simulate in a lab, but this is as close as it gets.
- 36” Corner & Edge Drops; 18” to 21” Face Drop (depending on container size).
